Dylan Cosgriff And The Omens are on the road! After an already incredible year of countless shows and new music, Dylan Cosgriff brings their completely unhinged stage presence and electric backing band The Omens to The Barwon Club Hotel on Saturday December 12th, 2026.

Blending harsh, dark pop with high-energy rock and alternative metal, Dylan Cosgriff And The Omens simply do not fail to cross all genre boundaries, creating a high-octane, intense, and unmissable show.

Part of ‘The Development Tour,’ the show will form part of the state-wide celebration of Cosgriff’s sophomore album ‘Develop,’ with all songs written and recorded solely by Cosgriff.

Joining Cosgriff And The Omens will be Geelong locals The Routine and Caught In The Crossfire to help bring the night to explosive levels. Alternative and as pop-punk as it gets, The Routine are a support act not to be slept on, and Caught In The Crossfire, with their modern twist on nu metal and grunge, do not take the task of warming up the crowd lightly.

‘Packed with personality and clever songwriting’ writes Happy Mag on Cosgriff’s 2026 single ‘Simple Waitress,’ a song SYN FM’s The Hoist called ‘needed,’ don’t miss out on this stacked lineup supporting Dylan Cosgriff And The Omens on 2026’s ‘The Development Tour’!

Join us at The Barwon Club to commemorate Ivy Black - In Loving Memory as things come full circle on Sunday 11th October from 2pm in the BC Bandroom.

Dearly beloved, it is with a heavy heart we announce the end of Ivy Black. Since their first gig in March 2022, Ivy Black have prided themselves on being a memorable, high energy pop-punk DIY quintet.

Since their 2022 live debut at The Barwon Club, Ivy Black have been tricky to put into a category. Too melodic and poppy for metal and hardcore gigs, but too hard hitting and high energy for indie or pop rock lineups.

The group share their passion for high energy performances, but each member brings vastly differing influences to the stage to create the pop-punk-esque sound of Ivy Black.

With heavy metal core inspired riffs, rockabilly and stoner rock leads, prog bass lines, arena rock drum fills and introspective pop-punk vocals, Ivy Black are sure to have a draw card for every listener.

Having played at The Barwon Club over a dozen times, including their live debut and both the BROKEN and FRAGILE EP launches, Ivy Black are proud to return to their beloved home ground for one last dance.

Opening proceedings are our long time friends Left At The Avenue, followed by our arch rivals Blyss and yeehaw hardcore outfit Miseryguts.

The Johnnys - the legendary Sydney cow-punk rock'n'roll band formed out of the original Hoodoo Gurus line-up and famously fronted in the '80s by the late Spencer P Jones - are set to release a new compilation Rarehide: Out Takes, B-Sides And Rarities.

Before they do that however, the band has a run of Victorian shows, with national dates to follow.

Get Down for a preview at The Barwon Club Hotel Friday 2nd October with Benny J & The Psych Ward + Lava Fangs!

While the full details regarding the compilation won't be announced for a while, we can tell you that it includes versions of two songs written for them by Paul Kelly (the classic single "Bleeding Heart" and the band's never-before heard version of "White Train"), a never-before heard early version of their near hit "I***n Joe" and killer versions of rare tracks including "Rebel Yell" and "Pray To John Wayne", the latter of which will be released as the album's first single on October 2.

Following that, the band - which features two of its three founding members in Graham "Hoody" Hood on bass and vocals and drummer Billy Pommer Jr, along with guitarist Paul "Slim" Doherty, who joined the band in 1984 when third founding member Rod Radalj quit after the band made its first single, will be heading south for shows in Geelong, Balnarring and Melbourne, where they'll be playing Cheersquad's big night at the Corner Hotel
