Here's everything you need to know about transitioning to the new app:

EXISTING MEMBERS

You can match your existing account using your first name and current membership number. Once you transition to the app, you'll receive a new membership number.

MEMBERS DRAW – IMPORTANT DATES

✅ We'll continue using card membership numbers for the members draw until Wednesday 21st May 2026.
✅ New members joining now won't be included in the draw until 28th May.
✅ From Thursday 22nd May, only app members will be eligible for the members draw and members happy hours.
✅ Wednesday 28th May will be the first app-only members draw!

PREFER TO KEEP YOUR PHYSICAL CARD?

No problem – your card will still work, but only for your 5% discount. Please note we won't be reissuing lost or damaged cards, so we encourage everyone to make the switch to the app!
