Something of a return to the future of White Rabbit, this modern Pale uses small batch specialty malts for depth and body and BUCKET loads of hops.

Our Hoppy Ale is dry hopped directly into our unique Open Top fermenters 24 hours into fermentation to work in unison with our favourite English Ale yeast for a mouth-watering fruity pastry aroma.

Time for a refreshing weekend cocktail! Why not make our signature Paloma Sour cocktail with our latest limited release.

Ingredients:
Egg white
30 ml of tequila (or mezcal for a smokey twist)
10ml Agave syrup (or sugar syrup)
90ml Paloma Sour

Method:
Pour egg white, tequila and agave into cocktail shaker
Dry shake (without ice) vigorously!
Open shaker, add paloma sour and ice
Shake again (carefully so the carbonation doesn’t cause your shaker to burst open)
Double strain over ice, into a double rocks glass
Serve with wedge of grapefruit down side of glass
