Today we reflect upon, commemorate and thank all those brave men and women who have served for our country.
•
Sargeant Teddy Larkin of the 1st Battalion sacrificed his life for his family and country on this day in 1915 on the shores of Gallipoli. He has no known grave, his name is simply listed on the memorial at Lone Pine.
•
So if you are out and about today playing a game of two-up, throw a head for Ted.
•
To all those who continue to serve. God bless you. We will remember them.
