Sourced from family farms in clean southern Australian pastures , grown without added hormones ,antibiotics
Focused on quality British and European cattle breeds like Angus and Hereford
The caramelization the scotch fillet gets after the grill from the marbling will make your mouth water wanting more and more ,cooked to your liking come on down and treat yourself to a fine product that will leave such a subtle fine taste in your mouth that you will be running back for another serving
it so makes my job easy when we have quality like Red Gum Creek scotch on hand
