The Rose AFL Footy Tipping Comp 2020 is officially over!
We would like to congratulate the Winners: Hannah G (113), Bry (107) and Mike K (106).
We would also like to say massive thanks to everyone else who participated this year. We cross all our fingers that next years Footy season will be back to normal and we all can enjoy a cold one at our beloved pub.

Covid-Beard, Iso Mulllet, Gin Drunk German?

We’re getting ready to open our doors but life as we know it is no longer the same and neither are the pub rules.
Starting from June 18th, this’ll be the game play🕹️🎰🎲...

🍺Trading hours are: Monday-Thursday 5pm till late, Friday-Sunday 12pm till late.

🍺We will be showing ALL football games, hence the importance of our next point; BOOKINGS.

🍺Bookings are 100% mandatory in order for us to organise tables according to games and so on. You can bring along yourself and FIVE (5) other mates. That makes SIX (6) in total. That means you can have a maximum of SIX (6) PEOPLE at your table. Good? You all have to eat too. All guests will have to register their name and phone numbers. Please book via email ([email protected])

🍺If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to the pub. In fact, please do not come anywhere. Except to the hospital, for a Coronavirus test.

🍺As a final note, this is obviously a new experience for all of us, so trust us when we say we’re working super hard to be able to bring you as much of The Rose we all know and love as we possibly can.

You’ve asked so here are yar answers… FOOTY TIPPING IS BACK 2.0!🏉🏉🏉 Starting from round two, contact us via email ([email protected]), on Facebook or on Instagram () with either your round two tips or a message saying you’d like to withdraw from the comp. If the latter, we can offer a full refund of $50. We are also providing the opportunity to donate your $50 to SNAICC, the national non-governing peak body in Australia representing the interests of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. Greeting lovers and Facebook friends, we hope that you're faring well in these uncertain times. We're sad to report that we will be not reopening The Rose today (1st June 2020). We'd rather come back as The Rose we all know and love rather than in dribs and drabs, so are waiting for restrictions to ease further before opening our doors. We'll be keeping you posted on any news and updates here and on instagram () and will hopefully see see your post-isolation selves set up with a pint some time soon.
