And just like that...we’re done for winter 2026. With the lifts wrapping up yesterday, it’s officially time for the Huski crew to hang up the aprons and call it a season 🥢❄️

A HUGE thank you to everyone who pulled up a seat this winter - our locals, staff, visitors, regulars, first-timers, lunch dates, dinner dates, cocktail drinkers, ramen slurpers and dumpling demolishers 🫶

We’ve loved every minute of it. The busy nights, the snowy days, the fireside drinks, the full tables and all the good times in between. Most importantly, thank you for making Huski what it is ❤️

Now it’s time for our little team to put their feet up...but not for too long. See you next winter 👋

We were pretty stoked to see our South-East Asian flavours featured, from the popping papaya salad and wagyu dumplings to the butter-soft barramundi and charred brussel sprouts.
