💫 SAME OWNERS; NEW NAME 💫

INTRODUCING…. TOLLYS

We’re thrilled to announce that “Bella 101” is rebranding and is officially TOLLYS as of when we open on Tuesday 1st April ! 🎉

New signage (thanks, ) will be going in soon, new website will be live this week but what isn’t changing is the great coffee, great atmosphere and service, the incredible flavours, just with a fresh new name to reflect us and this chapter of the “Old Bakery Building”.

Thank you for being part of our story, and we can’t wait for you to experience everything Tolly’s has to offer.

Our menus are staying the same; just a few minor additions to our lunch menu coming into Autumn and all day brunch is here to stay - and 7 days a week!

We would love to open evenings for you all and we certainly will when the time is right and we have found the right chef to take it on… but for now, we are breakfast/brunch and lunch & private functions for the evenings..

stay tuned for more updates and keep coming in & supporting local and building up the awesome atmosphere we have in here week on week.

Bali Plans Cancelled… So We Headed to Eumundi! 🌿✨

After our second failed attempt to get to Bali in just two weeks (yes, you read that right!), we just couldn’t face the thought of driving home from the airport at 5am and resuming normal life. So, we did what any travel-loving souls would do… a quick search for Bali-inspired accommodation and experiences close to home—and Eumundi did not disappoint! 💖

Our first stop? The absolutely stunning Imperial Hotel Boutique Accommodation. This place was everything we needed: peaceful, luxurious, and complete with a magnesium plunge pool and spa where we floated away the stress. Between reading, sipping drinks, and simply relaxing, we couldn’t have asked for a better start to our weekend.

Next up was the blissful Ikatan Spa Noosa. From the moment we arrived, we were transported to a world of calm. Surrounded by lush greenery and soothing vibes, we spent the afternoon almost believing we’d finally made it to Bali! Blissed out is an understatement. 🧖‍♀️🌺

Of course, no trip to Eumundi is complete without visiting the famous Eumundi Markets, conveniently, just across the road from our accommodation! Coffee in hand, we wandered, browsed, and soaked up the lively atmosphere—there’s just something so special about the energy here. 🎶🛍️

For food, we were spoiled with choices! We had a tasty meal at the super cool
Matso's Sunshine Coast (their food and vibe are next-level...plus we sat next to an adorable dog!) and enjoyed a delicious eggs benedict at Bella 101 for breakfast. So good we’re already planning our next visit…

But mostly, we just enjoyed being. Chatting, reading, relaxing, and soaking up the beauty of Eumundi—it was the perfect weekend reset. 💛
