🏆 Congratulations to Miri, our Customer Service Award Winner! 🏆

Miri was nominated by a regular customer at The Pier who wanted to recognise the wonderful service she provides every time they visit.

They shared that Miri is always cheerful, remembers their names and favourite food choices, and even remembers the little changes they like to make to their meals.

Her customer service goes beyond taking an order. Whether it’s helping when the phone app isn’t working or decorating a table for a birthday or anniversary, Miri goes out of her way to make people feel welcome and looked after.

It’s those small, personal touches that make such a big difference and are a great example of what outstanding customer service looks like in our local businesses.
