Meet Andy, our Functions Head Chef and the face behind our incredible functions menu, as well as some of our most-loved buffets throughout the year, including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas Lunch.

Andy has been part of The Glen Hotel team since 2011, and more than 15 years later, he continues to pour the same care, passion and attention into everything that leaves his kitchen.

For the past six weeks, Andy has been quietly working away on a brand-new glaze for this year’s Christmas Lunch baked ham.

We’ve been lucky enough to taste it already and can confirm... it is INSANELY good(!!!)

It’s the people behind the scenes who make these big days what they are, and we’re incredibly proud of the team we have here at The Glen 💚
