Meet Anton. Our talented Apprentice Chef who eats, sleeps and breathes food.

Cooking doesn't stop when work finishes. He's always experimenting with new recipes at home, learning new techniques and finding ways to improve. He's so good, Anton is a finalist in the Apprentice Chef of the year category at the Hospitality Awards for Excellence Gala in October.
