Navy Strength Ice Co. is Australia’s first hand-cut ice company producing crystal clear ice blocks cut to fit your glassware.

Based in Melbourne’s Fitzroy, Navy Strength Ice Co. from The Everleigh Group is Australia’s first boutique hand cut ice company, specifically designed for bars, restaurants, sculptors and events. By importing the world’s most highly regarded ice block makers we will be able to create perfect ice of the finest quality. The internationally regarded Clinebell b

lock makers produce a 140kg block of crystal clear ice every three days using purified water from our state of the art filtration system. Blocks will then be cut down to any desired size with various ice saws and band saws to create a perfect, crystal clear cube or spear to fit your drink. 🧊 Operations & Production Lead (Full Time, Salary, Senior)

✔️ Oversee the daily manufacturing of our premium ice products. This role is suited to a hands-on leader with a strong management and production background, a mechanical mind, exemplary communication and organisational skills and confidence guiding a small hardworking team.

🧊 Manufacturing & Food Handling (Casual)

✔️Hands-on production team member suited to someone who has a passion for quality products, enjoys physical labour and has a keen eye for detail. Full mechanical and equipment training provided.

Both roles are available now, offer regular daytime hours and are based in our Fawkner warehouse.
