After many years and plenty of great memories, Limeburners has now permanently closed.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but with increasing demands on our time and the need to focus on family, we’ve decided it’s time to step away. The business and community deserve more than we can currently give.

We’re genuinely thankful to everyone who’s been part of the journey — especially our staff, past and present. Their dedication and hard work kept things running through all the ups and downs.

To our regulars, locals, travellers, and everyone who stopped by — thanks for your support. It’s been a pleasure.

kitchen residency has wrapped up this week, and with things slowing down over winter, our Limeburners team are pressing pause for a little seasonal break ❄️
While the bar and kitchen are closed for regular trade, we’re still available for private functions—so if you’re planning a celebration, we’d love to hear from you!

Something new is firing up at Limeburners 🔥 We’re excited to welcome Dom and the amazing team from to the Limeburners kitchen starting Wednesday 4th June! 🍕
Known for their delicious pizzas popping up at various venues around Geelong and the surf coast, Tillage Pizza will be bringing their flavour-packed menu to East Geelong — just in time to warm up your winter evenings.
We can’t wait for you to come in and enjoy this next chapter with us. Stay tuned for menu details this week - pizzas, pastas, starters, you won’t want to miss this!

With winter rolling in we have a few changes coming to the Limeburners kitchen!
A huge shoutout to for an unforgettable five months with our team. Your passion, flavour, and hustle brought something truly special to our space — thank you for every smoky, delicious moment.
While this chapter is closing and will be wrapping up in the kitchen this SATURDAY, 31st MAY, this is definitely not goodbye. We’re already dreaming up future pop-ups and collabs — so keep your eyes peeled!
In the meantime, STAY TUNED… something new (and tasty) is just around the corner. 🍴🔥
