A quick reminder that gates open from 9:30am, so come early, grab your spot and settle in for a big day by the water.

For anyone arriving hungry, Hux Mex Truck will be serving breakfast tacos in the morning for those chasing a proper Pig Day Out breakfast 🌮

Please also remember that BYO drinks and food are not permitted on the day.
We’ve attached the menu so you can see what food will be available throughout the event.

🐷 How the Pig Races Work
There are two ways to get involved in every race!

🎉 Option 1 – Calcutta Auction
Before each race, we’ll hold a Calcutta auction, where each racing pig is auctioned to the crowd.
The highest bidder becomes the official backer of that pig for the race.
If your pig crosses the finish line first, you win 50% of that race’s prize pool.

🎟 Want to leave it to luck? Grab your Sweep Tickets before the race!

1 ticket – $2
3 tickets – $5
7 tickets – $10
15 tickets – $20
35 tickets – $50

Before each race, one ticket will be drawn for each racing pig.
If your ticket is drawn for the winning pig, you win the announced Sweep Ticket prize for that race.

Prize amounts will be announced before each race and may vary depending on the number of participants.
The more Sweep Tickets you have in the draw, the greater your chance of being matched with a racing pig.

🎶 Tones & Tides — classical opera on North Stradbroke Island
A beautiful classical concert series is coming to the Redlands coast, with two performances right here on North Stradbroke Island.

Tones & Tides brings together opera, clarinet, double bass and piano in a coastal concert program featuring well-known operatic arias, works by Debussy, and Australian compositions by Margaret Sutherland and Miriam Hyde.

Each concert also includes a free kids workshop before the performance, making it a lovely cultural outing for families, locals and visitors.
