Yarri is looking for our next Head Chef.
We’re after a seriously good chef who knows their stuff, gives a sh*t about seasonal produce, leads a strong team and wants to put their own stamp on a kitchen that’s already doing some pretty exciting things.
You’ll work alongside Executive Chef Aaron Carr, with the freedom to develop your own ideas, get creative and have fun - not just keep the wheels turning.
We cook with the seasons, grow produce organically in our garden and collab with strictly WA producers, as we're lucky to have some of the South West’s best produce right on our doorstep.
You’ll need:
• Hatted / high-end kitchen experience
• Strong technical skills and a dialled palette
• The ability to lead a team with a smile
• Serious standards (but a good sense of humour)
• Plenty of ambition and ideas of your own
And then there’s Dunsborough - ocean, w**e country, incredible produce and a pretty good lifestyle outside the kitchen.
