Kitchen Garden // We're on the lookout for a Kitchen Gardener to join the team behind one of Australia's most extraordinary food gardens.

Set at the foot of the Grampians (Gariwerd), our organically managed kitchen garden is the largest working restaurant kitchen garden in the country, supplying up to 80% of the produce served across Wickens and Parker Street Project.

This is hands-on, season-driven work. Sowing, harvesting and caring for the produce that shapes our menus each day, alongside a passionate garden team and award-winning chefs who are genuinely invested in what you grow.

Whether you're an experienced grower, a horticulturist or simply someone who loves working with the seasons and getting your hands dirty, we'd love to hear from you.

Know someone who'd thrive in this role? Tag them below. Visit the link for the position description and application details.

Wildlife Conservation Education // Meet one of the Biodiversity Reserve’s most remarkable residents, the squirrel glider. Capable of gliding up to 50 metres between trees using a membrane stretching from wrist to ankle, these elusive nocturnal marsupials depend on connected habitat to survive.

Join our conservation team for an insight into the species that call the reserve home, from squirrel gliders to rufous bettongs, and learn about the work being done to protect them through captive breeding, habitat restoration, wildlife corridors and native revegetation.

Tours run on select days at 4:30pm. Places are limited. Contact reception for bookings and meeting point details.

Grampians National Park (Gariwerd) // A remarkable refuge for native wildlife, including wallabies such as the endangered Brush-tailed Rock-wallaby. Quietly inhabiting the rocky escarpments and surrounding landscape, rare sightings are always a special reminder of how fortunate we are to share this part of the world with them.
