Firstly, we want to sincerely thank everyone who has taken the time to share their feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate hearing from those who attended our event Saturday 5th September 26, and we value every comment, suggestion and recommendation that comes our way.

Please be assured that we take these concerns seriously. We have already begun reviewing the issues raised and working with our team to ensure they are addressed before our next event. Providing a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone who attends our events is something we take great pride in.
Adding an extra bar and reducing the overall capacity.

Thank you for supporting live music in Dungog, and most importantly, for caring enough to share your thoughts with us.

We are listening, we are learning, and we are committed to continuing to improve.

Event Entrance is located off Brown Street.
Ensure you have your tickets ready to be scanned at the gate.

Doors Open 1.30pm
Please note, security will be checking bags / chair covers.

What to bring:
✅ Camp Chairs.
✅ Good Vibes & Dancing Shoes
✅ Water Bottles ALLOWED

🛑 No BYO!
🛑 No outside food or drinks may be brought in.
🛑 Eskies or hard coolers are not permitted into the venue.
🛑 Glass bottles or glassware will not be allowed into the venue.
🛑 Large Umbrellas or Marquees.
🛑 Pets (unless service animals)

✅ Food & Bars available on site.
✅ This is an outdoor event, come prepared for sun, wind or rain.
✅ Settlers Arms Hotel supports the responsible service of alcohol.

Come and celebrate 103 years of polo in Dungog with us at the Wirragulla Polo Club.

We’re excited to welcome teams from across NSW for a great weekend of polo and plenty of action on the field.

Bring a picnic and settle in for the day, or grab something from the BBQ, proudly run by Dungog Pony Club this year — a great way to support another local club. ❤️
