The Establishment Bar is looking for another legend to join our little speakeasy team! 🖤

We have a casual position available and are looking for someone confident behind the bar, who loves creating a great customer experience and works well in a busy, fun environment.

✨ Previous bar/cocktail experience highly preferred but not essential
🍸An interest in learning to host cocktail classes
🥃 An interest in spirits & whisky
🤝 Friendly, reliable & confident with customers
🌙 Must be available evenings & weekends
📋 Current RSA required

🍸✨ LAST NIGHT’S COCKTAIL CLASS! ✨🍸

Our Public Cocktail Class last night was SO much fun!

And we have to give this group some serious credit… for the FIRST TIME EVER that ive seen, the entire class absolutely NAILED their Espresso Martinis!👏☕🍸
Perfect foam all round — we were impressed! 😂

But our favourite part? A group of complete strangers came along to learn a few cocktails… and ended the night staying on for more cocktails, plenty of laughs and very competitive games of UNO! 😂🃏

THIS is exactly why we love our public classes. You don’t need to organise a big group — come as a couple, with a friend, or even on your own. You never know who you’ll end up sharing a cocktail (or an UNO rivalry) with! 🥂

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night! We had an absolute blast with you. 🖤🍸

Our Open Public Cocktail Classes are sold per seat, so you can come solo, book as a couple, or grab a few friends and join in without needing to organise a whole group. 🙌
