We're looking for a pub management couple to join our team here on the Isle of Man and help us create a truly special place for our customers to relax, socialize, and have a good time.
As a pub management couple, you'll be responsible for all aspects of running the pub, from managing staff to planning events to creating a welcoming atmosphere for your customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage staff and ensure that all operations run smoothly
Oversee the day-to-day running of the pub, including food and drink orders, customer service, and events
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
Ensure that the pub is a profitable and sustainable business
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in pub management
Passion for people, beer, food, and good times
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and stay calm in a crisis
Strong teamwork and communication skills
