65gm Habernero chillis with seeds🌶🌶🌶🌶
200gm Black peppercorns.
If this doesn’t inflict permanent bowel damage then at worst it should give you one or two days off work.😉👍

I made a miscalculation on the watering down process so its only at 30%. Just think of the $ you’ll save buying coke though.😉

I don’t make a burger. I build one.😎🍔
Lettuce, beef & sumac patty, cheese, pickles, basil, cherry tomatoes, American mustard and peppercorns, dill & mustard seeds from the pickle jar.
You are now entering flavour country...😋

Gone all experimental.🤭
Marinated lamb chops in left over pickle brine for 4 hrs. Served with microwave potato and....pickles.
Flavours work well, not too overpowering.
Bbq hotplate could have been hotter to sear the meat quicker after soaking in marinade. Final cook on flame grill.
I give it a 7/10. Delicious but room for improvement.😉👍

Scotch fillet Aussie style with an Italian twist.
Bruschetta topped with home grown tomato & basil, home made pesto and onion.
Med rare scotch fillet topped with beetroot relish served with onion & mushrooms.

Busted Harley burger.
Dijon mustard, 3 bacons, beef patty, C**n cheese, beetroot relish, home made pickles & onion with cos lettuce.
I only added the pickles so I could pick them out & complain to the chef.
Hot tip. Don’t complain to the chef.
He doesn’t care about your feelings.
Eat your food and enjoy it. Harleys aren’t the only thing we bust at this grill.💪👨🏻‍🍳
