We are looking for both a new Apprentice Chef, as well as a Qualified Chef to join our team.
· Apprentice Chef (any age) – the perfect role for someone who prefers to learn by doing, rather than watching. This is a full time position, where you are getting paid to learn skills that will provide you with a solid, long term career in a rewarding position, with a trade qualification. Courses through Drysdale, as well as on the job training with our Head Chef and other kitchen team members.
· Qualified Chef – perfect for someone to come in and hit the ground running. This is also a full time position for someone that is fully qualified - you must have completed a Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery, and be committed to continued growth as a Chef and as a team. You will have the ability to work well under pressure with a hands on approach, and be confident, passionate, creative and capable.
All our kitchen staff work split shifts, over 7 days, having 2 days off per week, and we are looking for people who are passionate, able to take direction, capable, reliable, willing to learn, and who are able to work well within a team.
