What a combo. Our Wagyu pastrami toastie paired with some stellar Cotat Sancerre. What a way to enjoy this delightful Winter weather we’ve been having.

Both our venues, Anglesea + Daylesford, have a curated selection of bottles from producers we think you’ll love. Some of the most sought after wines in the world, alongside some gems for you to discover for the first time. Plus very simple, well done eats to pair.

We’re doing our best! But also, we had a number of no show bookings today, which really fu**ed with other customers wanting to dine in, who we had to turn away. Please stop being these people.

To all those lovely people to visit us today, thank you for bearing with us. We’ve never been this busy. Your patience and great attitudes made it so lovely for us.
