As the Laksa Festival winds down, so does your chance to try our One Mile Laksa Seltzer and we reckon it’s one of Darwin’s best laksa-inspired drinks.
Hints of coconut, ginger and lime. Refreshing, easy drinking and just unexpected enough to make you ask, “How the bloody hell have they done that?”
Plenty of punters have told us this is the one to try. No lengthy explanation required. If someone needs ten minutes to explain where the laksa is, perhaps it’s still on its way. 😉
We seem to have escaped the attention of the trendsetters. An impressive achievement for a brewery that’s put laksa in a glass. Perhaps we should’ve served it with a little more hype. Unfortunately, we’d already filled it with flavour.
Behind this little beauty is a bloke who knows his chemistry and has spent years getting flavours right. His white hair isn’t a branding decision it’s experience. Although working with us probably hasn’t helped.
