Full-time position. Must be available for a 5-day work week, including weekends and day/night split shifts. Salary $76,000

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum Certificate 3 with 1 years’ experience in an à la carte restaurant
• Strong Grill experience
• Passion for quality produce and being part of a high-performing kitchen team
• Ability to maintain high standards while multitasking in a busy environment
• Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced service
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and a genuine “can do” attitude
• Must be available for a 5-day work week, including weekends and day/night split shifts
• Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia
