We’re on the hunt for a casual team member to join us behind the bar and out at market stalls. If you’re confident, outgoing, and love chatting all things gin, vodka, and cocktails—we want to hear from you.

The role:
– Casual shifts (bar + markets)
– Must be available Thurs, Fri & Sun afternoons/nights
– RSA required
– Excellent communication skills are a must
– Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused

Bonus points if you’ve got:
– Experience with spirits or cocktails

You’ll be the face of Speargrass—pouring tastings, sharing our story, and helping people find their new favourite drop.

We had an absolute blast with at the Festival of Women yesterday! ✨

Nothing better than being surrounded by legends showcasing the best the NT has to offer 👏 and you all showed up for it! The energy was unreal.
