Goodafternoon Everyone,

📢Just a friendly FYI 📢

If you are considering travelling to Daly River we strongly recommend you call ahead and book, during a normal season we are more than happy to accommodate drive-ins, though at the moment we are finding ourselves at full capacity with what we can offer at this stage in the recovery phase.

This changes week to week and availabilities pop up frequently, we are also continuing to open more sites as we progress.
Unfortunately we have had to turn away some vans this week which is something we strongly dislike having to do and though we will always recommend other parks you are not guaranteed a site or accommodation 😔

Sadly not all tourist parks are able to run at normal capacity yet/or this year at all, options are a bit more limited than in a normal season as we all still recover from the devastation.

It is a long way to travel without guarentee so make a call just to be safe 📞

After pouring our hearts into getting the park up and running again, we've been relatively quiet on social media.

But this stunning Barra caught by Cooper is truly worthy of recognition!!
She went a whopping 123cm 💥

This is exciting! Huge congratulations Cooper on landing the fish of a lifetime! 🎣🎣🎣

The mighty Daly is producing and things are slowly returning to normal again ❤️

Hey everyone,

Here is a selection of pictures showing our resilience amongst devastation, and we're touched by your eagerness to lend a hand. Your kindness warms our hearts, we cant thank everyone enough for their offers of support and help.

When the time is right, we will announce a working bee to rebuild our Bushcamp as soon as it's safe for guests and we receive the necessary supplies.

Until then, we're making slow progress, and having little wins along the way. We're optimistic and determined about the future and look forward to welcoming you back to our slice of paradise soon ❤️

💥G'day Guys❗️

The business phone is now back up and running!

I will make my way through all the missed calls and messages today 📞

There is currently no power supply to our Telstra booster for reception so we are soley relying on our starlink, this means we only have service in one area of the park. Sorry in advance, we may miss a call here and there but will return them promptly during business hours as we will keep checking the phone.

We are working hard to get the park back up and operating again in hope to reopen this year, we do not have an opening date yet.
At the moment we have a couple of obstacles in front of us slowing the progression, the impassable road being a major one. We will continue to push for a solution and hope we get to see some friendly faces back at the Bushcamp soon!!
