Heysen Trail election commitment delivered ✅

A popular section of the iconic Heysen Trail has been upgraded at Cudlee Creek through the Malinauskas Government's investment in nature-based tourism.

We have purchased almost 1km of the trail, which previously crossed private land and was closed by its former owner, forcing walkers on to narrow and winding roads.

Nearly six hectares of land will be added to Cudlee Creek Conservation Park, ensuring public access along this highly popular section of the trail and providing walkers a safe, permanent route through the Adelaide Hills.

We're proud to improve the safety of our local and visiting hikers, and to support South Australia's iconic trail.
