This June, the team from will be heading to Corowa for Whisky on the Murray.

At Timboon, they craft single malt whisky, inspired by the great single malts of Scotland and the Isles.

Since 2007, they’ve been producing small-batch Australian craft whisky on-site in Timboon. In 2020, they planted their first estate barley crop, installed a second larger still, and established their own cooperage - deepening their commitment to making whisky from grain to glass.

Alongside their single malt whisky range, their portfolio also includes coffee cream liqueur, strawberry schnapps, salted caramel whisky liqueur, and a dark rum made with Queensland molasses.
