Last weekend saw the final of Club Championship triples played with Lee Britton's team defeating Jamie Overall team 21 to 16 after Lee's team leading 14 -2 at the halfway mark.
Names for twilight bowls,nomination sheet up in club play will commence on the 6th of November $10 per person sides consisting of 3.players at 6pm.

MEET THE RIDER 🐂

PAUL “POPE” ANDERSON!

Another local legend has put his hand up for Get Bucked Coona – Ride to Raise!

Meet Paul “Pope” Anderson, a local contractor and roller driver who's used to spending his days behind the controls of some pretty heavy machinery!

Now, Pope might be pretty handy at operating a road roller, but we're not sure how he'll go when the machinery starts bucking back!

Why did you say yes to the challenge?
For a good cause, and it might be fun.

MIGHT be fun, Pope? We reckon it'll be a whole lot more fun for the people watching!

Have you ever ridden a mechanical bull before?
Yes.

How long do you reckon you'll stay on for?
Not long.

Well, at least he's not talking himself up like some of our other contestants! Pope clearly knows the difference between a road roller and a bucking bull!

What other local identities do you challenge to sign up for the ride?
Mark Wilson.

Mark, you've officially been called out! Time to step up and show Pope how it's done!

What message would you like to send to people thinking about donating to your ride?

And we're looking for some brave local identities willing to sit under the bucket and cop a good soaking, all for a fantastic cause!

Local Business Owners & Managers – Who wouldn't love to see their boss get drenched?

💦 HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's simple! Take aim, hit the target and watch a bucket of water come crashing down on the person underneath!

No swimming pool, just a good old-fashioned soaking!
