Chef Tony pulled it out of the bag with yesterday’s market special. These jambons and sausage rolls had us questioning Tony’s heritage as they were unremarkably like something you’d get at home!

We’re after someone who’s experienced, reliable, hands-on and knows how to run a busy bar while keeping the craic alive ☘️

If you’ve got strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality and love a good pub atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you!

Must have full availability and 6 months minimum commitment including the Christmas period!
