A new season is nearly at the table.

Our Spring Menu is on the way, which means it’s almost time to welcome some new flavours to Bistro Vue.

Before we do, we want to know — which Bistro Vue dishes have been your favourites? Pictured are a few contenders:
Citrus Ceviche — coconut-cured fish, native finger lime, chilli oil, microgreens and crispy rice shards.
Panko & Herb Crusted Prawns — with sauce gribiche, cucumber and fennel salad
Charred Brussels — with garlic, macadamia, tallow and preserved lemon.
And, of course, the evergreen favourite — steak, this time served with chimichurri.

Who says you have to wait for the weekend?

Our Mid-week Tasting Table is available Wednesday and Thursday evenings, with a choice of two courses for $49 per person or three courses for $59 per person.

Start with Camembert au Four or French Onion Soup, then choose between Slow Cooked Beef Ragout with handmade pappardelle or Pan-Seared Snapper Fillet with braised leeks and potato straw. If you’re staying for dessert, finish with Vue Brûlée or Apple Tarte Tatin.

There’s also an optional wine pairing for $49 per person. Mid-week dinner, sorted.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Bistro Vue has been named a finalist in the Business NSW Mid North Coast Outstanding New Business Award.

After recently celebrating our first year around the table, this recognition makes the milestone feel even more special.

What began as a vision to create a warm, refined and welcoming dining experience on the Jetty Strip has grown into something we’re immensely proud of — and we couldn’t have done it without our wonderful team, our guests and the local community who have supported us from day one.
