We thank you - all our customers for the support we have received over 16 years and a big thank you to all those people who have worked with us over the years! The Fiasco Story

β€˜We believe that to live in a healthy community, we all need to support our local industries; much of what is on your plate has been grown, farmed, bred, nurtured, harvested and delivered by local businesses.’

Fiasco opened its doors in 2006, after much Italian-style discussion and deliberations, usually over Friday night family pizza. A passion for simple, traditional Italian cooking led head chef Stefano Mazzina and his family to create a menu which offers diners a taste of time-honoured family recipes in a friendly and relaxed setting.

Stefano and his team are passionate about using small, local producers in all areas of the business. They aim to keep alive the Italian tradition of a strong connection all the way from the paddock to the plate. It’s this relationship that ensures the highest quality seasonal ingredients and provides the inspiration for many of the dishes.

A seasonally changing menu, with highlights from different regions of Italy, means there is always something new to experience. The heartwarming cooking and service, combined with an award-winning wine list, have achieved Fiasco a place in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide every year since 2008.
