Slo Vino is a bar that showcases small-batch, low intervention wine and organic products
We have a weekly changing wine list, local spirits and a rotating craft beer selection,

I am looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, a passion for wine, basically a passion for good liquor and good times to manage this bad boy and take it to another level.
you will be dealing closely with me with ideas and problems.

Happy to offer 3 months free accommodation if needed.

we are only a tiny bar which can hold 30 people so its very relaxed but can feel the pressure at times..

Distinguished guests, parents, brothers and sisters, friends and enemies,
 
It is with a heavy heart to say that Slo will be closing for a short while (SLOsed). Some of you might be thinking, ‘but you were never open’. This statement is correct i love me a 2 day work week. Slo has been an absolute dream! However, with our recent lockdown, I took time to reflect, and I developed some inspiration for the next chapter of Slo. So, for now, Slo will be closed while I put these dreams and hopes into action.   
 
It has been a pleasure treating the community to the fine margaritas and the decadent Pina Coladas, but truth be told, my biceps deserve a break... And whilst we all love a quality cocktail, the true heroes have always been the producers of quality natural wines, beers, spirits, and all things carefully produced.
 
Showcasing and highlighting the talented creators from around this great land is what SLO is here to do. So tomorrow, we embrace and celebrate the makers of these fine wines and beers, and then the bar is SLOSED until further notice.
 
P.S. While we are SLOSED, we won’t leave you thirsty. There will be natural wines and local beers provided by the Coffs Hotel bottle shop and trust me we have some bangers on the way!

I will Soon be using the big WWW. too bring Slo Cellars to the Harbour for delivery so look out for the SloMobil which might be a lemon as it broke down 20 min up the road from where i brought it and is being fixed, quite the story for another time but YESH.. Maxi Brings!
 
Bring on the BIG and bright future. Look forward to popping back up soon. Stay tuned and keep in touch
