A few weeks ago, we shared one of the hardest messages we’ve ever had to write – announcing the temporary closure of our pub following the events that unfolded in the early hours of that Thursday morning.
Since then, we have been overwhelmed by the kindness, support and understanding shown by our local community and beyond. Your messages, visits and words of encouragement have meant so much to Curtis, his family and our staff as we worked through something no family or business should ever have to experience.
Today, we ask for your help once again.
Police are seeking assistance to identify the men responsible for what happened in our house – a place that means so much more than just a pub. It is where memories are made, friendships are formed, milestones are celebrated, and our community comes together.

Thank you again for standing beside us through the toughest of times. Together, we hope to see those responsible held accountable and continue moving forward as the strong community we are proud to call home.
