There’s a new chapter for a customer favourite. 🍔
Last season, our Truffle Wagyu Burger kept guests coming back — some even asked us to keep it on the menu forever.

We’ve reimagined that favourite as the BKK Wagyu Cheeseburger: an Australian Wagyu beef patty layered with cheese, bacon, caramelised onion jam and truffle mayo. Served with a rich truffle cream dipping sauce and chips topped with grated Parmesan, it’s a fresh take on a much-loved favourite.🧡

Why is Black Truffle so special?

🍄‍🟫Harvested only during Australia’s winter (typically June to August, sometimes extending into early September, depending on the season).

🐕 Hidden beneath the soil and carefully located by specially trained truffle dogs.

⏳ It takes years to develop before it’s ready to be harvested.

✨ Fresh black truffles have an incredibly short season at their peak, making every harvest something food lovers look forward to.
