Because dinner doesn’t need to be complicated 🤍🥢

This easy chicken stir fry is fresh, flavour-packed and comes together in minutes, perfect for busy days when you still want something nourishing.

Ingredients
• Chicken breast, sliced
• Olive oil
• Garlic, minced
• Ginger (fresh or ground)
• Mixed veggies (broccoli, capsicum, carrot, etc.)
• Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
• Honey
• Optional: sesame oil, chilli flakes

Stir fries are great because you can mix protein, veggies and sauce in one quick meal, making them balanced and easy to customise.

Method
• Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat
• Cook chicken until browned and cooked through
• Add garlic + ginger and cook until fragrant
• Toss in veggies and stir fry until just tender

These cottage cheese scrambled eggs are soft, creamy and packed with protein, a simple upgrade that makes your usual eggs way more satisfying.

Ingredients (single serve)
• 2–3 eggs
• 2–3 tbsp cottage cheese
• Salt + pepper
• Olive oil or butter

Method
• Add eggs and cottage cheese to a bowl, season with salt + pepper and whisk
• Heat a pan over medium-low heat with a little oil or butter
• Pour in mixture and cook slowly, gently stirring
• Remove from heat while still slightly soft for that creamy texture
• Serve warm 🤍

Because mornings should feel easy, not rushed 🤍🥞

These mini pancake muffins have all the fluffy goodness of pancakes, without standing at the stove. Perfect for busy mornings, post-class snacks or prepping ahead for the week.

Ingredients
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 2–3 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Optional toppings:
 • Blueberries
 • Chocolate chips
 • Banana slices

Method
• Preheat oven to 180–200°C and grease a mini muffin tray
• Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
• Mix wet ingredients in another
• Combine until just mixed
• Pour into muffin tray (about ¾ full)
• Add toppings
• Bake 10–15 minutes until golden
• Let cool slightly and enjoy 🤍

Ingredients

Method
