📢 Important Announcement – Kidzplore Closure
Dear Valued Customers,
We’re sad to announce that Kidzplore will be permanently closed.
While we had originally planned to renovate and continue operating, some unexpected circumstances arose, and the owner’s personal life plan changed. As a result, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to close down the business. We sincerely appreciate your understanding during this time.
It has been our absolute pleasure to welcome so many wonderful families to our centre, and we truly hope your little ones had a great time at Kidzplore. Thank you all for your support—it has meant so much to us.
For those who purchased a pass by card within the past year, your refund should have been processed automatically. A credit memo receipt was also sent to you by our system. To those who purchased a 10-Visit Pass and still have an outstanding balance and can't be refunded by our system automatically, we’ve already sent out emails regarding your refund. Please check your inbox—and your spam/junk folder just in case—and reply to us with your PayID details as soon as possible so we can finalise your refund. Refunds can still be processed up until 15 April 2025.
