Friction Presents Music Events, Club shows & Festivals in Canberra Friction Presents returns to the Canberra music events scene in 2021.

Friction originally debuted in the year 2000 running our first club events at Club Habana in Manuka before eventually running the Friday nights at the infamous Lot 33 in Kingston and Academy In Civic. Friction was also the team that launched the festivals Foreshore Music Festival and Warehouse Festival. Friction were responsible for bringing some of the biggest international and Australian talent

to Canberra on a weekly basis. Exciting things are in planning from intimate club shows to larger scale events so watch this space!

Set times are in for the Quatro Reunion this Sunday! Tickets are getting close to fully sold so if you don’t have yet you should jump on them!

Doors open at 1pm and we expect to be busy early so head down nice and close to open to avoid the queue.

A massive thank you to everyone that and made our 25th Birthday a special one.

Danny Howells and James Zabiela delivered special sets and all the supports were exceptional as well.

We definitely felt the love and appreciation from everyone there ❤️❤️

We have an exciting addition to the Friction Presents Krafty Kuts (UK) + DJ Craze (USA) @ Hopscotch show on June 20th.

Kid Kenobi will now be joining the line up as part of his “30 years of Kid Kenobi” tour and playing a 3 hour set of all the best of KK set. For all his long time fans this is one not to be missed to share in a special moment with one of the best.
