What a fantastic day at Black Opal Race Day yesterday 🐎🍸

A big thank you to the Thoroughbred Park Canberra Racing Club for hosting such a great event and for having Benny’s Bar there.

Thank you to our amazing Benny’s Bar team who worked hard behind the bar all day, and to everyone who came by for a drink and supported us. We loved being part of the atmosphere.

Benny’s Bar is seeking 2 reliable hospitality staff for 2 upcoming events.

🏇 Black Opal Stakes Day
📍 Thoroughbred Park
⏰ 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

🎆 Skyfire 2026
📍 Lake Burley Griffin
⏰ 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2 shifts)

Pay: $30 per hour

Role:
• Serve cocktails, beer & frozen slushies
• Customer service
• Basic bar support

Requirements:
• Valid RSA
• Hospitality/bar experience preferred
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a busy event environment
