New Year’s Eve is almost here, and at Flynn’s Italian, we’ll be welcoming 2026 with Champagne, clinking glasses and a little cin cin as the fireworks light up the Esplanade.

Whether you’re joining us early for a sunset celebration or staying late to toast the New Year at midnight, expect exceptional food and wine.

This New Year’s Eve, celebrate the final moments of 2025 at Flynn’s Italian with an indulgent Italian feast, bubbles on arrival and front-row atmosphere on the Cairns Esplanade.

Start early with a four-course menu from 5:00–7:30 pm, for families or those who believe midnight is optional. Or settle in for our late seating from 8:30 pm, featuring a five-course gourmet experience, Champagne on arrival and fireworks overhead as the clock strikes twelve.

From Sydney Rock oysters and handmade focaccia to beef striploin tagliata, panna cotta and petit fours, every course is designed to end the year on a high note.

Early seating: $69 adults | $49 children
Late seating: $89 adults
