Welcome to Forest Byron Bay, where the rainforest sets the scene, the produce is local and the pours change with the seasons.

Sandy feet and post-surf appetites. Long lunches that linger. Tasting menus made for passing plates, pouring w**e and losing track of time. However you Forest, settle in.

Walk-ins welcome, bookings recommended.

Forest is all about celebrating what’s in season, and right now, truffle is having its moment. 🍄

Take our truffle soufflé: airy, indulgent and for that extra touch, finished with freshly shaved truffle. Just one of the ways we’re celebrating Truffle Month with a four-course set menu and curated w**e pairings.

Only here for a little while longer. Book your table.
