Wisemen Pop Up and Shelter are teaming up to create a fresh, local-inspired FOUR COURSE DINNER + GIN PAIRING using Byron Bay's most sought after and highly lovable Brookie's Gin. A concept that originated between friends has now developed into a single event with dinner hosted by Shelter combined with craft cocktail creations by Wisemen Pop Up. We are proud to present BYRON GINSTRONOMY!

November 15th @ Shelter Lennox Head || 6pm / 630pm / 7pm bookings available || $95 per person
