One of our Pipettes couldn’t master the monkey bars and kept falling off after one swing. A few times she REALLY hurt herself and once we were able to make sure she was physically ok and console her, we would then celebrate with high fives. ”This is amazing!!” we would cheer. “It means you are learning. It is just feedback, of what to do and what not to do, so you do it better next time.” She persisted, mildly obsessed with accomplishing her goal and mastered the monkey bars.
