Join us at The Goose, Busselton to celebrate the depth and rarity of the season’s finest produce. Sourced from Truffle Hill Manjimup and paired with wines from Woodlands Winery Margaret River, this is a menu designed to linger over.

Across five courses, expect layers of flavour woven through every dish. From truffle-laced seafood to dry aged scotch fillet, finished with Valrhona chocolate and fresh truffle. It’s rich, considered and unmistakably special.
