The kitchen’s opening early, the game will be on, and we’ve got Grand Final food + bar specials running from bounce down to the final siren.

New on the Tonic breakfast menu and bringing the goods - our Spiced Sweet Potato & Halloumi Stack.
Golden halloumi, spiced sweet potato, creamy labneh, roquette, juicy tomatoes and toasted pine nuts, all piled gloriously high. 🤤

No sad little vego breakfast here.

Our lovely local Anna has taken a little piece of Busselton all the way to Vienna — and naturally, the Tonic tote came along for the ride. 💙

From Tonic by the Bay to tortes in Vienna… she’s got excellent taste in both bags and holiday destinations. 😂🥐☕️
