Well we’ll well... it’s been quite a while since we’ve had a DJ on the decks like we used to with a 500 strong crowd of people.

This Saturday and every weekend we have a DJ fresh from Birdees - one of Brisbane’s hottest clubs - playing on the decks from 8pm - Midnight.

Don’t forget to get in early for DINGO HOUR from 6pm - 8pm every Friday and Saturday (and reopening Thursday’s very soon).

WOW it’s been a while since we’ve facebooked...

Covid restrictions are slowly easing.
As of TODAY and from now on - we’re allowed 460 people at BASE.

You’re finally allowed to stand and stand and drink again. Still NO DANCING however.

As you all may know on Monday night the spotted dog and Federal caught fire. Sadly the backpackers who were staying there lost absoutley everything. Our hearts break for each and everyone of you, the staff at Base Bar are reaching out to everyone involved, our doors are open and we are here for anything you need. What a huge night last night was, thank you all for listening to the new rules due to covid regarding dancing.
Due to liquor licensing and Queensland health directive, because of covid unfortunately we are restricted to 234 patrons. I know alot of you guys missed out on catching up with your friends tonight so to make it up to you all who missed out we will be opening Base Bar at 12pm. Thanks to all the guys whom where here and made all the staffs night easier by following the rules. We appreciate you all.
Don't forgot we are taking a trip back to the 80's tonight, so don't forget to wear your best 80's outfit.

How good was last night? 🙌

Tonight we have Dingo Hour kicking off from 6pm and finishing up at 8pm, grab your free sizzling Dingo (sausage sizzle). Bundaberg's number 1 DJ, DJ Dee will be mixing it up tonight from 8pm-12am.

Tomorrow night we will be heading back to the 80's, so be sure to come in, in your best tacky fluoro outfit. DJ Dee will be spinning some epic remixes of all the best 80's tunes.

We can't wait to see you all again tonight and remember guys for us to continue to open for you, your dance moves will need to stay at the door. Happy Friday 😆
