Have you ever heard of Shikuwasa?
It is a Japanese Citrus which is primarily produced in the main Okinawa island.
Here in Auatralia, Yuzu is the most famous one but I would highly recommend to try Shikuwasa.
It looks small green like lime but has very unique taste and smell.
Shikuwasa contains plenty of vitamin C, an excellent antioxidant citric acid that recover one from exhaustion.
Especially the amount of nobiletin, a kind of flavonoid is much higher than any other citrus.
It might be one of secrets of longevity in Okinawa,
