This month’s feature pour comes with a story.

The Brooklyn was first crafted for Lee’s eldest daughter’s Winter wedding. Brooke — a whisky lover — wanted a custom cocktail that would warm guests from the inside out, and so the Brooklyn was born.

In happy memory and celebration, this spiced, citrus-forward pour found its permanent home behind the bar.

Made with Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky, Rosella Bitter, lime juice, blood orange and cinnamon, it’s smooth, warming and made for lingering over.

Some drinks are ordered once. This one tends to come back around.
