Made with Never Never Oystershell Gin, Haku Vodka, dry vermouth and savoury brines, then crowned with a freshly shucked oyster. And the best part? Every oyster shell we serve is returned to the sea with OzFish , helping restore marine habitats in Moreton Bay.
