As a community Club, we offer a great place for family and friends to meet and relax whilst enjoying free live entertainment and an affordable meal in a friendly and comfortable environment. With over 65,000 members the Club has been proudly supporting and serving the local community since 1970. The 42 acres on the corner of Stanley and Creek Roads at Carina, known today as the Clem Jones Centre, was founded over 50 years ago by the former Lord Mayor of Brisbane, the late Dr. Clem Jones. Dr. Jones’ vision for the Centre was to facilitate building and investment in a recreational and sporting facility for children of the local community. The Carina Leagues Club continues the tradition of this visionary leader by supporting the many local community groups that operate within the recreational hub. The Carina Leagues Club is a key stakeholder of the Carina Junior Rugby League Football Club which resides within the precinct and supports the Junior Rugby League Development Program run by former professional Brisbane Broncos rugby league player, Michael De Vere. The Carina Leagues Club prides itself on delivering a range of dining and entertainment experiences to suit the whole family:

· At Arties Bar, you can relax and unwind while catching up with old friends or meeting new ones. With eight plasma screens surrounding the bar, you’ll never miss any of the action
· Experience sports Live & Loud on our whopping 168” HD LED screen designed for your viewing pleasure in Sidelines Sports Bar, open from 10am
· From 6:30am daily, grab a barista-made coffee or delicious food from the seasonal menu at The Hive Café, an ideal place for catching up in a relaxed atmosphere with family, friends, or colleagues
· There’s something for everyone with a range of flavors and styles to suit every palate at The Paddock Restaurant, while overlooking the immaculate Carina Leagues Rugby League field – a perfect location to watch the teams play on a Friday night or weekend! In recent years, Carina Leagues Club has won a number of prestigious titles at the Annual Keno & Clubs Queensland Awards for Excellence, including Award for Outstanding Safety, Special Achievement Award - Responsible Gambling, and Best Club Brisbane South in 2019. For three consecutive years, the Club has been awarded Best Gaming Venue (Large), and Best HR Practices in a Club. This week, we're celebrating Community Club Awareness Week across Queensland.

Did you know that Queensland has more than 1,100 community clubs, serving 5.6 million members?

We're proud to play our part in an industry that employs more than 34,000 Queenslanders, supports a volunteer community of 42,000 and returns over $549 million in community contributions.

As we continue to grow across Redlands and Bayside, one of our biggest strengths is our team's diversity and how well we reflect the community we serve.

We've got young team members taking their first steps into paid work, alongside others in their 60s who bring decades of hospitality knowledge to share.

We're always investing in staff training and development - including coaching and workshops, specialist food and beverage training and our dedicated Future Leaders Development Program - but some of the best mentoring happens naturally thanks to the breadth of experience and background we have across our venues.

We’d like to congratulate the legend himself, Michael De Vere, on receiving his Dual Life Membership of the Brisbane Broncos at last night’s Presentation Ball.

Mick has been a huge part of the Carina Leagues Club family for more than 20 years, and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible partnership we’ve built together with the Broncos over that time.

Our friends at Hill Interior Linings are making great progress on the wall and ceiling works as part of the terrace renovation at Carina Leagues Club in Queensland. With works still underway, their recent project features extensive ceiling and bulkhead framing alongside internal wall framing, with multiple Rondo systems coming together throughout the space.

Our Ekka Show Day was SO much fun! We had balloon twisting with Mr Twister Balloon Artist, followed by some magical fun with Mike and the kids had an absolute ball!
